We understand that this is a very difficult time for you and your family and that plans can change very quickly.

We ask that should you need to cancel or change any service you have with us, that you give as much notice as possible. This allows us to offer our service to another family in need.
Cancellation Charges
In-Home End of Life Care Assessment Appointment
36 hours notice: Full refund.
24 hours notice: £50 admin charge.
No notice given/less than 24 hours: Loss of payment.
If at a home assessment, you have decided that euthanasia at that time is appropriate you will be refunded/charged any difference in the appointment cost.
Telehealth Appointments
36 hours notice: Full refund.
24 hours notice: £50 admin charge.
No notice given/less than 24 hours: Loss of payment.
In-Home Euthanasia Appointment
24 hours notice: Full refund.
No notice given/less than 24 hours: Loss of payment.
3rd cancelled appointment: £50 admin charge.
If your pet passes away before the appointment we ask that you give us as much notice as possible, if the vet has not left to attend your appointment (1 hours notice) a full refund will be given. If no notice is given or less than an hours notice in this instance you will be charged the full visit fee, any cremation fees will be refunded to you if you no longer require cremation.

If the vet is unable to proceed with the visit due to safety concerns, you will be liable for the visit charge.
