Care At Home Voucher

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the use of the 'Care At Home' gift voucher (the "Voucher"), issued by Roundwood Pet Hospice ("Company"). By purchasing, receiving, or using the Voucher, you ("Recipient") agree to be bound by these T&Cs. Please read them carefully.

1. Voucher Redemption:

1.1 The Voucher entitles the Recipient to one (1) free in-home euthanasia for their one (1) pet.

1.2 The Voucher does not cover any regular cremation fees associated with the euthanasia service.

2. Validity:

2.1 The Voucher is valid for a period of three (3) months from the date of issue, as indicated on the Voucher ("Expiration Date").

2.2 The Voucher cannot be redeemed after the Expiration Date, and no extensions or exceptions will be granted.

3. Eligibility:

3.1 The Voucher is non-transferable and can't be used by any pet owner who wishes to avail of the in-home euthanasia service.

3.2 The Voucher is only applicable for services within the service area of Roundwood Pet Hospice, and availability may vary based on location. Please check with the Company for service area details.

4. Appointment Booking:

4.1 To redeem the Voucher, Recipient must contact the Company's customer service via email (help@roundwoodpethospice.co.uk) or telephone (0333 041 8200) to schedule an appointment for the in-home euthanasia service.

4.2 Appointment availability is subject to the Company's schedule.

5. Regular Cremation Fees:

5.1 The Voucher covers the cost of the in-home euthanasia service only. Any fees associated with regular cremation services are the responsibility of the Recipient and must be paid separately.

6. Limitations:

6.1 The Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of payment.

6.2 The Voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. Lost or Stolen Vouchers:

7.1 The Company is not responsible for lost or stolen Vouchers.

8. Voucher Misuse:

8.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse redemption of the Voucher if there is any suspicion of misuse, fraud, or violation of these T&Cs.

9. Changes to T&Cs:

9.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website or other communication channels.

10. Governing Law:

10.1 These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

 

By using the 'Care At Home' gift voucher, the Recipient acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
