I would not hesitate to recommend Helen to anyone for the passing of a loved pet. She made the whole time a thousand times easier but still acknowledged the grief of the situation...
Thank you so much Helen for your knowledge, kindness and compassion, you're a credit to the veterinary profession.

His passing was handled with great kindness and dignity and we will always be grateful to Helen. She even phoned the next day to see how we were. When illness dictates that we make the hardest decision for our pets, people like Helen are invaluable.I honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I would like to offer my appreciation for the care and compassion shown to my adored dog Bruno, and to me and my son at such a difficult time...
No one wants to have to make such a difficult decision, but we felt supported at that time to do the right thing for him.
