Lisa was the calmest member of our family and she will be forever missed and loved.

"Firstly can I say you were amazing. Your empathy and compassion were second to none. I had made a difficult decision to have Lisa put to sleep and you made the experience calm and relaxing for her. You never rushed and I thank you for that.

The thoughtfulness of the sponge cake and liver paste went down a treat with Lisa. Even the added touch of the soft fluffy blanket to take her away in didn't go unnoticed.

There is nothing that you need to improve on as I think you were amazing. I really appreciated the card and forget me not seeds after.
